They are currently being produced and stockpiled by the Central Banks of the Eurozone states, and will enter circulation on January 1st 2002. These are 2 and 1 euros, then 50, 20, 10, 5, 2 and 1 cents, one of each totals 3.88 euro. There are 8 different euro coins denominations.
